Lila Signs With BBR
Lila McCann has sealed a new recording contract with Broken Bow Records it was announced today by BBR President/ C.E.O. Benny Brown. The Consortium entertainment group’s C4 imprint will provide A&R, Marketing, Artist Development and Publicity Consulting services for BBR and Lila for the up coming project.

The BBR team, with C4’s consulting services, has been responsible for recent hit singles and albums by Sherrie Austin and Craig Morgan. Others notable artists on the successful Sony Red-distributed label include Joe Diffie and Chad Brock.

The 5th Annual LilaFans Online Auction will take place now thru November 18th on www.lilafans.com, home of LilaFans: the Official Lila McCann Online Fan Club. This year, the auction supports the Toys for Tots Music Row Challenge, a fundraising effort for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Organization. Lila McCann fans can bid on rare and collectable items from the country sensation, including CDs, pictures and a phone call from Lila herself. Lila is supporting her friend and fellow Country star, Billy Ray Cyrus, by participating in the TOYS FOR TOTS MUSIC ROW CHALLENGE. Tune your radios or browsers to WSM-FM (www.wsmonline.com) from 9AM - 11AM Central time and listen to Teen Country with Jenny Gill this Saturday! Lila recently took part in a live recording of Teen Country at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Also joining in the live recording was Bering Strait, Vince Gill, Sweethearts of the Rodeo, newcomer Memarie and some surprise guests. All of the artists performed acoustic sets and were interviewed by Jenny Gill. We do not know if Lila will be on the broadcasted version of Teen Country, but tune in and find out! $1400 To Vanderbilt Children's Hospital
Our 4th Annual LilaFans Online Auction has been finished for a few months, but we can now officially announce the grand total raised during it. Thanks to the artists who contributed items and all of you who bid on those items, we are very pleased to announce that Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville received a check for $1,400 on behalf of Lila and LilaFans! We are also excited to say that the grand total this year is the highest amount raised since we began our annual auction! In the four years of our auction, we have raised over $4,000 for childrens charities, and it could not have been done with the support from all of you and contributing artists. Thank you!

The Pyramid with Donny Osmond
Set your VCR! Lila recently taped an appearance on the game show, The Pyramid, hosted by the legendary Donny Osmond, who received an Emmy for nomination for Outstanding Game Show Host. Lila's episode will air on April 24th. Joining her is fellow Country star, Ty Herndon. Check for a station in your area here.

What is The Pyramid? "Every episode has two teams – each pairing a regular contestant with a celebrity partner – who describe words and subjects related to specific categories in a race against the clock. In the first round, players select from six categories and give clues to their partners describing six items in each category. The team with more points advances to the Winner’s Circle to use clues to try and solve all six categories. In the second round, teams switch partners and compete for another chance at the Winner’s Circle. A player is eligible to win up to $25,000 each episode - $10,000 for the first visit to the Winner’s Circle, $15,000 for the second by the same player. The $25,000 winners ultimately can compete in a championship series, worth $100,000."

Hugz From Home
Last week, Lila's always-caring Fan Club took part in Hugz From Home, a supply drive for the troops sponsored by KZLA. Lila's fans emailed in hundreds of letters for the troops and her dedicated Fan Club Presidents spent hours packing 1,000 Ziplock bags full of items requested by the troops. The show is being put on by the local police department and, right now, Lila is the only main act. There may be an opening act, but Lila's the star of the night.
